Description
The aim of the program is to upgrade the work of the directors of social service departments in the Southern Region, with the focus on the Negev. The idea is to change the way in which they perceive their environment of activity, their jobs, and their knowledge, thereby effecting change. In the course of the program, the directors formulate a joint mission statement, to be manifested on the regional policy level. In addition, the group draws up action plans of various sorts derived from their new insights.
