The Municipality of Arad, Partnership 2000, and the Mandel Center for Leadership in the Negev are pleased to announce the opening of a social-community leadership training program for the city of Arad. The program is intended for women and men with a bachelor’s degree (at least) who have experience in social action and see themselves playing a central, significant role in Arad and turning it into a thriving, vibrant, attractive social-urban center. In this two-year program, participants will study topics relevant to the work they may do in the city, develop their individual and collective visions, and acquire the ability to actualize change. Supervision and facilitation will be provided to help them bring their plans to fruition.
