The target population for MCLN activity includes people in social leadership positions (in education, social services, culture, etc.) in local authorities or nonprofit organizations; high-ranking professionals such as school principals, directors of social service departments, and leaders of organizations; and future leaders, including entrepreneurs and social activists who are likely to assume high-level positions in the localities in which the training program operates.
